Practical enterprise IT consulting grounded in real-world operations, complexity, and long-term sustainability.
My background in IT started long before cloud platforms and managed services became the norm. Since 2009, I’ve worked hands-on with enterprise systems ranging from early BlackBerry Enterprise Services and hosted Microsoft Exchange platforms to open-source anti-spam systems and custom-built monitoring solutions.
This foundation shaped how I approach technology today: understanding how systems behave at their core before layering tools, automation, or abstraction on top.
I work across network infrastructure, operating systems, system security, automation, and high-availability environments. My experience includes designing, building, and operating platforms that must remain stable under real operational pressure.
This spans everything from system rollouts and hybrid environments to long-running platforms that support business-critical workloads.
Before public cloud platforms, DevOps tooling, or SRE practices became mainstream, I was deploying enterprise environments using system management servers, PXE-based automation, and protocol-level integrations.
That experience remains valuable today, especially when diagnosing complex issues or integrating modern platforms with legacy or hybrid systems.
I’m often brought into environments where systems are underperforming, partially implemented, or approaching failure. My work typically involves restoring stability, clarifying ownership, and addressing issues across operating system, network, and application layers.
The focus is always on making systems understandable, operable, and reliable for the teams that run them.
I work closely with engineers, managers, and executives - onsite and remotely - to align technical decisions with business realities. My approach is structured and collaborative, helping teams move forward without unnecessary disruption.
